Ingredients
For the crispy chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1.5-inch pieces.

½ cup all-purpose flour.

Prepare the chicken:
Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix flour and cornstarch.

Coat the chicken:
Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then dredge in the flour-cornstarch mixture until fully coated.

Fry the chicken:
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and D’Bocas Hot Sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
