Refund Policy

At D’Bocas, we strive to ensure that every customer receives quality products and is satisfied with their purchase. Our sauces are carefully made and packaged, but if any issue arises, we want to help you in a clear and fair manner.

Did you have a problem with your order?
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you have 48 hours from receipt of the order to report it. After this time, we will not be able to accept claims or process refunds.

When is a refund applicable?
We can assess refund or exchange requests if:

  • The product arrived damaged or in poor condition.

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

 

To process your request, we will need photos of the affected product, the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Cases Not Covered
We do not accept refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery.

  • The product was opened, tampered with, or partially/fully consumed.

  • The claim is due to a change of mind or personal preference.

  • The damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

 

How to Request a Refund
If your case meets the requirements, please contact us within the specified period through the following channels:

  1. Provide your order number.

  2. Attach photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Include a brief description of the problem.
