It’s a rich, creamy pasta coated in a velvety garlic parmesan sauce, enhanced with the balanced heat of D’Bocas Hot Sauce. Ready in under 25 minutes, this indulgent dish is perfect for weeknight comfort dinners or as an impressive date-night meal.

Ingredients:
For the pasta:

12 oz (340 g) fettuccine or spaghetti.

1 tablespoon salt (for pasta water).
For the creamy garlic parmesan sauce:

3 tablespoons unsalted butter.

4 cloves garlic, minced.
-
2 cups heavy cream.
-
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.
-
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste).

½ teaspoon black pepper.
-
1–2 tablespoons D’Bocas Hot Sauce (adjust for spice level).

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Instructions

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain

Make the sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cream & parmesan:
Stir in heavy cream, then slowly whisk in parmesan until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Bring the heat:
Add D’Bocas Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine pasta & sauce:
Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
