
Vegan Burrito with Black Beans and D’Bocas Spicy Sauce

A protein-packed vegan burrito filled with black beans, rice, fresh vegetables, and a spicy kick from D’Bocas Hot Sauce. Perfect for quick lunches, easy dinners, or meal prep.

Ingredients

4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas.

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown).

1 cup cooked and drained black beans.

1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen).

1 red bell pepper, sliced.

1 avocado, sliced.

½ red onion, thinly sliced.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

Salt and pepper, to taste.
For the creamy spicy sauce:

3 tablespoons vegan sour cream or unsweetened vegan yogurt.

1–2 tablespoons D’Bocas Hot Sauce (adjust to taste).

Juice of ½ lemon.
Instructions

Sauté the veggies:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the creamy sauce:
In a small bowl, combine vegan sour cream, lemon juice, and D’Bocas Hot Sauce until smooth.

Assemble the burritos:
Lay out tortillas and layer with rice, black beans, corn, sautéed veggies, and avocado slices. Drizzle generously with creamy spicy sauce.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Warm in a skillet for 1–2 minutes to seal and crisp slightly, if desired.
